Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Manufacturing Facility Plant Controller to join the Operations Finance team. This role blends plant operations with accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial and operational reporting for the facility.

Responsibilities include monthly closes under GAAP, variance analysis with the facility GM, budgeting and forecasting, capital project oversight, fixed asset management, and site‑level financial reporting and KPI reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of total accounting experience and 5+ years in Operations finance or cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience leading finance resources at site level.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly closing of financials for facility in accordance with GAAP and Company policy.
• Prepare monthly analysis of financial results including variance/bridging analysis with GM and operations staff.
• Coordinate and oversee inventories, SOX, and audits with plant sites.
• Lead and prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts; monitor KPI data and cost controls.
• Provide financial support to plant leadership and participate in site level ERP implementation.
