Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory, and data processing.
• Prior experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards) and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Understanding of Sarbanes–Oxley as related to manufacturing accounting.
• Ability to build/maintain rapport with management at each facility.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant financial reporting and P&L responsibilities for multiple Berry plants.
• Work with Plant Manager & VP Operations to improve profitability.
• Identify and execute opportunities to increase sales and reduce costs.
• Ensure facilities are Sarbanes Oxley compliant.
• Manage annual budgeting process.
• Capitalize planning for maintenance and cost-reduction projects.
• Understand and implement best practices.
• Complete monthly financial reporting requirements.
• Provide accurate monthly financial forecasts.
