Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, product costing, variance analysis, inventory control and budgeting/forecasting.
• Proven ability to improve controls through data-driven financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, reporting, and analysis of standard product costing and variances.
• Maintains fixed assets and ensures reserves are calculated properly.
• Ensures GAAP compliance and SOX controls; supports auditors as needed.
• Drives continuous improvement via profitability, inventory, and spending analyses.
