Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in manufacturing.
• ERP and EPM experience; SAP and BPC preferred.
• Ability to improve controls via data-driven analysis.
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP).
• Strong communication with management at all levels.
• Knowledge of corporate accounting policies and SOX controls.
• Independent, proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, reporting, and analysis of standard product costing, manufacturing variances, inventory and components.
• Develops standard costs and maintains fixed assets.
• Ensures reserves are calculated and manufacturing performance is reported.
• Partners with Plant Leadership to optimize finance decisions and safeguard assets.
• Drives FP&A improvements via gross profit, inventory, and spend analyses.
• Ensures GAAP compliance and SOX controls in financial reporting.
• Supports auditors and tracks capital expenditures and leases.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and site leadership.
