Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Financial Analyst for the Manchester, IA plant. You will support the fiscal control environment, assist with forecasting, and ensure accuracy across P&L and balance sheets.

This role interfaces with Plant Manager and Controller to analyze performance and drive best practices. The position requires attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or foreign equivalent).
• 1+ years of professional accounting/finance experience.
• ERP system experience (JDE/Hyperion a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist all financial functions within the facility including P&L and balance sheet validation.
• Support monthly and quarterly forecasts of operating expenses and capital."
• Process payroll times cards weekly for accuracy.
• Review receipts and invoices; ensure accurate journal entries at month-end close.
• Maintain control environment and policy compliance.
• Assist capital expenditure requests and monitor project spending.
