Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Financial Analyst for our Manchester, IA plant. You will support all manufacturing finance functions, validate P&L and balance sheet accuracy, and assist with monthly forecasts and capital planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, ERP experience (JDE/Hyperion preferred), and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 1+ year of professional Accounting/Finance experience preferred.
• ERP systems proficiency; JDE and Hyperion a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist financial functions across manufacturing including purchasing, payroll, inventory and cost control.
• Validate accuracy of P&L and balance sheet accounts.
• Provide monthly and quarterly expense forecasts and capital forecasts.
• Process payroll times and prepare payroll reporting.
• Prepare journal entries during month-end close.
• Maintain internal controls and policy compliance.
