Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Plant Financial Analyst in Bend, OR to partner with the plant management and operations teams. You will own cost accounting, variance analysis, and operational reporting to drive plant profitability and cost reduction.

Responsibilities include month-end close support, BOM maintenance, budgeting, and capex evaluation. A strong background in manufacturing finance and GAAP is required, with ERP and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis or cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills; BI visualization experience preferred.
• GAAP knowledge and cost accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly manufacturing variances (labor, material usage, scrap, overhead, and volume) against standard costs and budget.
• Support month-end close, inventory valuations, and cost allocations.
• Maintain BOMs, labor routings, standard costs, and overhead allocation rates.
• Assist with annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for opex and capital outlays.
• Oversee physical inventory counts and internal controls.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests (CARs) with ROI analyses.
