Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support FP&A for a manufacturing plant near Nappanee, IN. You will build budgets, forecasts and analyses showing how demand, production, and cost shape results while collaborating with Finance, Operations and Sales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP and Power BI. ACPA/MBA preferred; base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
• Experience with ERP, financial reporting and BI tools (Power BI).
• Experience using automation or AI to improve reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term plans.
• Gather input from department leaders and test key assumptions.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and explain variances.
• Analyze profitability by product line and support pricing decisions.
• Track margins, cash, working capital, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop ROI analyses for capital projects and process improvements.
• Coordinate with accounting to tie forecasts to actuals and support month-end close.
• Lead analysis projects from framing questions to recommendations.
