Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support FP&A for a manufacturing plant near Nappanee, IN.

You will build budgets, forecasts and long‑term plans using financial and operating data to reveal how demand, production, mix and costs shape profitability. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, 5+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing, advanced Excel and Power BI, and preferably MBA/CPA/CMA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience.
• Experience with ERP, financial reporting and BI tools such as Power BI.
• Automation or AI reporting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Gather input from department leaders; test demand, backlog, production rates.
• Prepare monthly business review materials; explain results vs budget/forecast.
• Analyze profitability by product line; support pricing and incentives.
• Track margins, cash, working capital, forecast accuracy; flag risks.
• Build ROI analyses for capital projects and process improvements.
• Tie forecasts to actual results with Accounting; support month-end close.
• Lead analytics projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
