Capital Power is hiring a Business Manager to drive financial and administrative success at the Plant level. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, HSE, and management to ensure accurate budgeting, reporting, and cost control while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related role or industry.
• High school diploma or associate/bachelor’s in business preferred.
• Strong proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to track and organize documents (hard and digital).
• Experience with plant-level financial analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to finance and supply chain policies.
• Track and develop site financial data for monthly/annual reporting.
• Support budget development and admin budget preparation.
• Manage procurement, invoicing, and cost controls.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reconciliation.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting and POs.
• Maintain vendor relationships and contracts oversight.
• Ensure accurate account coding and financial variances reporting.
