Job summary

A leading manufacturing business in Detroit is seeking a talented Plant Manager to enhance financial strategy and operational efficiency. This role requires a minimum of 8 years in finance, ideally within a manufacturing context, and experience in cost accounting, budgeting, and ERP systems. The Plant Manager will oversee operational reporting and financial projects while collaborating closely with plant leadership. Candidates with CPA, CMA, or CA qualifications are preferred, and advanced Excel skills are necessary.
