Job summary

Cala Sourcing Solutions LLC in the United States is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to partner with plant leadership, analyze costs, improve forecasts, and turn operational data into practical recommendations. The role also manages financial data and reporting for other plants.

You will analyze plant P&Ls, investigate variances, prepare budgets and models, and collaborate with supply chain to boost profitability and working capital.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment and knowledge of cost accounting.
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational data.
• Experience with inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing P&L's.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to explain financial results to non-finance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant P&Ls, manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, and operational results.
• Investigate standard cost and production variances, including materials, labor, and overhead.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial models for plant operations.
• Partner with plant managers and supply chain teams to identify opportunities to improve profitability and working capital.
• Present clear findings and recommendations to operations and finance leadership.
