You will troubleshoot equipment, plan repairs, and coordinate work with operations and project teams, while upholding safety, quality, and reliability standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical certificate or associate’s preferred.
• Related experience with mechanical and electrical systems; troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Project Manager.
• Inspect equipment in need of repair.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine repairs.
• Plan and coordinate repairs using blueprints or manuals.
• Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, doors).
• Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility systems (pumps, air compressors, conveyors, heaters, label machines).
• Adhere to safety and compliance schedules.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Order supplies and materials needed for repairs.
• Assist in shipping/receiving and other plant tasks as time allows.
• Other duties as assigned.
