Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One year experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Completion of Maintenance Tech I Training.
• Basic computer skills (email, CMMS).
• Troubleshooting expertise and ability to teach others.
• Ability to perform basic machine setups.

Responsibilities

• Form and fabricate parts and components from various directions.
• Operate machine tools and equipment within prescribed tolerances.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning machines and systems (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
• Maintain understanding of plant production process equipment and facilities.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure process lines and equipment are fully operational.
