Job summary

Aksa Power Generation USA in Conroe, Texas is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on upkeep of a 19-acre manufacturing facility with 200,000 sq ft of space, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, be able to lift up to 40 lbs, and follow safety protocols such as LOTO and JSA while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• At least two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety protocols including LOTO and JSA requirements.
• Performs routine preventive, predictive, and reactionary maintenance.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.
• Performs inspections as directed by Facility Manager.
• Performs work at height under JSA and Permit to Work.
• Assists with sea container load in/out.
• Assists with all heavy lift load in/out.
• Assists with housekeeping and grounds maintenance.
• Maintains facility grounds and green belt areas.
• Cleans and maintains facility shop areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Facility Manager.
• Complies with production, safety, and quality procedures.
