Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, sanitation, and safety of our production facility. You will supervise facilities and waste operations staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and environmental regs.

You will lead continuous improvement, manage waste streams, and support cost control while maintaining an incident-free production environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, HACCP and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations.
• Oversee maintenance plans with internal and contractor teams.
• Ensure waste management compliance and records.
• Lead safety audits and employee training.
