Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Training provided
• Operate various heavy equipment safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness around the plant and surrounding areas
• Lubricate and perform general maintenance on equipment
• Follow directions and safety protocols
• Participate in weekly safety meetings (Tool Box Talks)
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards co-workers, supervisors, and the public
• Willingness to travel and work away from home as required
• Work nights and weekends when necessary
• Report to the job site in proper attire and be ready to work at start time
• Adhere to all safety practices, procedures, and company policies
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and assist with other duties as needed

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience operating or working around heavy equipment

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and testing
• Strict adherence to safety, PPE policies

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Includes reading and interpreting safety and operational documents, performing physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, and in varying weather conditions. The work is outdoors, often in noisy, dusty environments near heavy machinery, requiring safety precautions and physical stamina.
