Job Description/Job Summary

Operate one or several types of power construction equipment, such as motor graders, bulldozers, scrapers, tractors, front-end loaders to excavate, move, and grade earth, erect structures, or pour concrete or other hard surface pavement. Perform maintenance on equipment including lubricating, inspecting, and cleaning.

Requirements/Qualifications

Must be able to operate the equipment listed above to establish grades on various phases of new construction for roads, parking lots, building pads, etc. Knowledge of GPS systems for establishing grades is a plus. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. Must pass drug screening, reference checks, and have dependable transportation.
