Job summary

3M is seeking a Plant Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance and reliability across production areas. You will supervise and direct maintenance staff, ensure safe operations, and drive improvements in equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED plus 8 years manufacturing/maintenance experience.
• Alternate: Associate's degree + 4 years plant maintenance/manufacturing experience.
• Alternate: Bachelor's degree + 4 years manufacturing/maintenance experience.
• Additional qualifications include supervisory/management experience and kaizens participation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all functions of the maintenance departments involved in production of 3M products.
• Schedule, assign, and direct maintenance tasks; provide technical direction and diagnose equipment as required.
• Identify and support improvements to drive equipment reliability.
