Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in Training Development, Training Management, Project Coordination, and/or Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment
• High School diploma/GED with a minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in Training Development, Training Management, Project Coordination, and/or Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment
• Current, valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Independently administers and coordinates site-specific engineering projects and/or programs.
• Leads or guides employees during a project or trains new employees within their site on business performance activities.
• Determines priorities, assigns responsibilities, or implements timetables for work groups to ensure success.
• Works with front line employees, leaders, and support functions on improvement projects and Kaizen activities.
