Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher with 6 years of Engineering/PM experience working with equipment reliability.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3 years of Engineering or Project Management experience in equipment reliability.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Experience with Contractor Management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, construction activity, and personnel to complete projects.
• Manage and audit the site contractor management program.
• Maintain effective communication with project teams, staff, project owners, and outside contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Outline a comprehensive approach to predict and prevent production equipment failures.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis teams and TPM events.
