Job summary

Galderma Laboratories seeks a Manager, Plant Engineering & Operations to lead site engineering and facilities for a regulated manufacturing site. You will oversee utilities, infrastructure, and site services to ensure safety, compliance, and uninterrupted production across cosmetics, Rx/OTC, and injectable aesthetics.

Reporting to the site head, you will drive maintenance, reliability, and capital projects, implement GMP/EHS controls, and develop a high-performing team capable of sustaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering; preferred in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related field.
• 8–10 years of related experience in plant engineering, utilities, facilities, or maintenance in a regulated environment.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site engineering operations and governance for safe, compliant, and reliable site operations.
• Oversee utilities, water, compressed air, steam, HVAC, electrical systems, and site infrastructure.
• Drive maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle planning with data-led approaches.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory compliance with documentation and audits.
• Manage Integrated Facilities Management and outsource service providers.
• Lead capital projects, project scoping, and handover to operations.
• Develop team capabilities and succession planning to support site needs.
