Job summary

Galderma Raleigh is seeking a Manager, Plant Engineering & Operations to lead the site engineering, utilities, and facilities for regulated manufacturing including cosmetics, Rx/OTC, and injectable aesthetics. You will drive uptime, compliance, and capital planning, partnering with Quality, EHS, and Operations.

The role oversees maintenance, reliability, GMP compliance, and Integrated Facilities Management, with responsibility for water, steam, electrical, HVAC, and environmental systems,

Qualifications

• Plant engineering, utilities, facilities, and infrastructure expertise.
• GxP, GMP compliance knowledge and qualification/validation familiarity.
• Integrated Facilities Management including hard and soft services.

Responsibilities

• Lead local Plant Engineering and Operations to ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient site operations.
• Oversee utilities and infrastructure: water, purified water, compressed air, steam, chillers, electrical, HVAC, wastewater, site infrastructure.
• Drive maintenance, reliability, KPIs, root cause analysis, and lifecycle planning for assets.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory compliance; support audits and inspections.
• Lead Integrated Facilities Management, governance of service providers, and supplier performance reviews.
• Support CAPEX/OPEX planning, capital project delivery, and handover to operations.
• Develop people, coach teams, and build capability for maintenance excellence and safety.
