Job summary

Galderma seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead the site Process Engineering organization and drive performance, development, and governance of process engineering activities supporting manufacturing operations.

You will ensure processes and equipment are safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient while translating global standards into site execution. The role reports to the Site Engineering Head and leads process engineers in continuous improvement and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of Process Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Process Engineering team for manufacturing operations.
• Improve process capability, yield, throughput, and OEE via data analysis.
• Deploy engineering standards and best practices site-wide.
• Own site Manufacturing Equipment URS and capacity planning.
• Ensure GMP compliance and support audits and inspections.
• Lead PHAs/HAZOPs and risk assessments.
