Job summary

Galderma in the United States seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead the site Process Engineering organization and ensure processes and equipment are safe, compliant, reliable and efficient while translating global standards into site execution.

Reporting to the Site Engineering Head, you will lead engineers, drive continuous improvement, support capital investments, and serve as the technical authority for manufacturing process technologies across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• 8-10 years of Process Engineering experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, engineering standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience leading teams and delivering continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting capital projects and equipment procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Process Engineering organization and develop resources.
• Drive improvements in process capability, yield, throughput, OEE.
• Ensure GMP compliance and inspection readiness.
• Support capital projects from design to startup.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field
