Job summary

Galderma Research & Development, LLC seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead the site Process Engineering organization, driving safety, compliance, reliability, and efficiency across manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the Site Engineering Head, this role guides engineers, supports capital investments, and serves as the technical authority for manufacturing process technologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 8–10 years of Process Engineering experience in manufacturing/operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements, equipment lifecycle, engineering standards, regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and allocate Process Engineering resources to support manufacturing operations and capital projects.
• Drive improvements in process capability, yield, throughput, reliability, and OEE via data analysis and technology implementations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and support audit readiness; provide technical guidance on processes and equipment.
