Job summary

You will lead multiple departments, drive capital projects, and continuously improve processes to reduce costs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Qualified candidates have an engineering degree, 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, and strong supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and environmental compliance as part of plant goals.
• Lead and supervise engineering, maintenance, and environmental activities.
• Develop and manage capital projects and preventive maintenance programs.
• Improve process flows and drive cost reduction aligned with SQDC targets.
• Provide team leadership and coaching consistent with company principles.
