Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; related discipline considered.
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Minimum 8 years of supervision experience across multiple departments.
• Experience with material flows, continuous improvement, and process analysis.
• Six Sigma training is a plus.
• Strong PC skills; proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Proven project management track record.
• Team-oriented with collaborative leadership aligned to CITE Principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant maintenance and equipment programs.
• Drive engineering practices to improve process flows and reduce costs.
• Ensure environmental compliance conformance.
• Lead and develop hourly and salaried staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Support SQDC targets and customer expectations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
