Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven capability in leading large and complex teams.
• Strategic and financial acumen for capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant engineering and capital management activities.
• Coach and develop the engineering team and manage performance.
• Own capital budget and 5-year capital plan.
• Lead Initiative Management pillar and ensure project execution.
• Maintain facilities master plans and safety/environmental compliance.
