You will support manufacturing operations through IT, automation, and plant networking, including MES/SCADA systems, working with technicians and engineers from concept to commissioning. You will gain exposure to enterprise IT standards, capital projects, and plant modernization in a Fortune 500 manufacturing environment while developing practical skills in network design, IT governance, and project

Qualifications

• Sophomore standing in a related technical field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and operating systems.
• Experience with Python, C++, SQL, VBA or C#.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians to collect data and learn manufacturing processes.
• Architect, administer and support network infrastructure.
• Design, implement and support MES and SCADA software.
• Develop, document and strengthen IT standards.
• Manage projects from scope development to commissioning and verification.
• Coordinate activities of contractors and hourly technicians.
