Job summary

You will gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations through IT, automation, and MES/SCADA systems, collaborating with technicians and engineers from concept through commissioning. You will learn enterprise IT standards, participate in capital projects, and contribute to plant modernization within a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

• Sophomore standing in a related engineering or information systems field and GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and operating systems.
• Experience with one or more programming languages (Python, C++, SQL, VBA, or C#).

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations through IT, automation, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers from concept to commissioning.
• Design, implement, and support MES/SCADA software solutions.
• Develop IT standards and document processes.
• Manage projects from scope to verification, coordinating contractors and resources.
• Research feasibility of long-term plant upgrade initiatives.
