The role emphasizes safety, quality, and achieving production targets, with responsibilities across budgeting, training, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement in a large-scale chemical/compound manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of production management with safety, quality, throughput/OEE focus.
• Strong leadership and cross-shift team management.

Responsabilidades

• Promote safety awareness and ensure safety programs and training.
• Direct and lead all departmental activities to meet safety and production goals.
• Review production results daily and monthly; troubleshoot to resolve issues.
• Manage production staff, train team, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across shifts.
