Job summary

Dana Incorporated in Humboldt, Tennessee, seeks a seasoned Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.

The role develops maintenance strategies, manages capital projects, optimizes asset performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement to support operational and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related manufacturing field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in engineering and/or operation of a heavy manufacturing facility.
• Experience with repairs and maintenance of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all engineering and maintenance activities for safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and manage capital projects.
• Optimize asset performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support operational and business objectives.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians and salaried staff.
• Coordinate with Operations to schedule and complete maintenance and repairs.

Education
