Job summary

Dana is a global leader in engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs and optimize equipment uptime at our Louisville facility.

You will oversee maintenance staff, coordinate across production and engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring OSHA and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 10+ years of maintenance/operations experience.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while maintaining equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Manage maintenance operations and spare parts inventories to support production equipment uptime and minimize downtime risks.
• Ensure reliable operation of facility infrastructure systems including electrical distribution, compressed air, HVAC, water systems, and plant utilities.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities utilizing Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D, or similar methodologies.

• Use data to identify trends and implement initiatives that improve asset performance and reduce costs.
