Job summary

Kutol Products Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a strategic Plant Engineer to lead reliability, automation, and modernization of our manufacturing operation. You will drive equipment uptime, implement TPM, and oversee capital projects across multiple shifts.

This leadership role collaborates with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Executive Leadership to maintain safe, compliant, and efficient processes, while developing teams and building capability throughout the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed.
• 5+ years in progressive plant engineering in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading automation, capital projects, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of productive maintenance systems, reliability engineering, RCA, utilities, controls, and PM/PM tools.
• Ability to lead technical teams and influence cross-functional partners.
• Exposure to ERP, QMS, CMMS, MES and productivity management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability and lifecycle management of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
• Lead automation initiatives and capital projects from concept to commissioning.
• Partner with Manufacturing to improve throughput, efficiency, and quality.
• Develop teams, set priorities, and foster cross-shift collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.
