Job summary

Klöckner Pentaplast Europe GmbH & Co. KG seeks a Maintenance Manager for the Greenville, Ohio facility. Lead a small maintenance team, prioritize preventive and corrective tasks, and mentor technicians to ensure safe, reliable production.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, read schematics and drawings, and coordinate with production, engineering, safety, and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related technical field preferred.
• Five+ years of related industrial maintenance experience or technical training.
• Leadership or maintenance team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team of 3–4 employees across day and night shifts.
• Establish priorities based on production needs, safety, and PM schedules.
• Coordinate repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery and facility systems.
• Provide technical direction for mechanical and electrical issues and read schematics.
