Job summary

Kutol Products Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to guide strategy and execution with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will lead lean initiatives, develop managers, and partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to meet demand and support growth; SAP and QMS are key systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in a high-mix, complex-SKU environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, material flow, Lean principles, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies supporting safety, quality, cost, capacity, and order-fulfillment objectives.
• Establish effective operating systems, standardized work, performance metrics, escalation processes, and continuous improvement practices.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and foster a unified 'One-Operation' culture.
• Develop manufacturing managers and supervisors through coaching, capability building, succession planning, and performance management.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, EHS, and other teams to meet customer demand and support business growth.
• Use SAP, Redzone, MasterControl, and other systems to support data-driven decisions.
• Maintain operational readiness for regulatory and customer requirements, including FDA, EPA, OSHA, and Health Canada.
• Build a safety-first culture across all shifts and lead efforts to proactively identify and reduce operational risk.

In this Role You Will

What You'll Bring

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, material flow, inventory control, Lean principles, and continuous improvement.
• Significant skills in team building and the effective leadership of managers and supervisors.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP, Quality Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and other business platforms.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment is strongly preferred.
