Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. in American Falls, ID, is seeking a Manager Plant Engineering to develop and implement plant-wide technical strategies focused on engineering projects, maintenance, and reliability improvements.

You will lead the EM Pillar and coordinate with Production and Maintenance to drive losses down and efficiency up. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years in engineering/maintenance leadership, and experience with capital projects and safety programs.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 7+ years in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, or technical leadership.
Experience leading capital projects, equipment reliability programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize resources, and execute multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Assist plant and provide leadership in establishing safety to World Class Safety and Zero Incidents as part of the Plant’s Core Value.
Lead cross-functional development and implementation of the capital plan with Safety, Sanitation, Quality, Environmental, Operations, Maintenance and Finance.
Coordinate plant engineering and maintenance strategies to achieve key performance goals and manage the technical expense budgets.
