Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years of engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, or technical leadership experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for leading technical or maintenance teams.
• Experience leading capital projects, equipment reliability programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist plant and provide leadership in establishing safety to World Class Safety and Zero Incidents as part of the Plant’s Core Value.
• Lead cross-functional development and implementation of the capital plan with Plant and Corporate functions such as Safety, Sanitation, Quality and Finance.
• Collaborate with Plant in setting clearly delineated roles and accountabilities aligned with LOC principles.
• Provide direction and lead the EM Pillar Team in long and short-term plans and goals for the Plant.
