Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking a Plant Engineer at Selkirk Cogeneration Station in Selkirk, NY to provide engineering, reliability, and NERC compliance leadership across two natural gas-fired facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience administering NERC compliance programs in power plants preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance and reliability across two facilities.
• Lead NERC compliance program, audits, and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractors on engineering projects.
• Manage capital and engineering projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Support predictive maintenance and data management systems.
