Qualifications

• Engineering degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years' experience in engineering, maintenance, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of power plant systems and safety/environmental programs.
• Ability to write technical specifications and perform engineering calculations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for plant equipment, especially turbines, generators, and boilers.
• Develop reports and present key plant performance metrics.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate repair activities with vendors and internal teams.
• Support outage planning, economic evaluation, and asset integrity planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
