You will lead capital projects, support maintenance and reliability programs, and coordinate safety and environmental standards while mentoring operations staff for continuous improvement. This hands-on role offers growth with exposure to DCS/SCADA, TCLP testing, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent licensure.
• Experience in industrial plant environments, preferably power generation.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Monitor plant systems performance, including boilers and turbines.
• Manage natural gas usage, ISO-NE power bidding, and water coordination.
• Support predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead or assist capital projects related to plant improvements.
• Ensure NERC compliance and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Train and mentor plant staff on best practices.
