Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in power plant operations and maintenance; internships count.
• Hands-on process engineering and technical problem-solving experience.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or SolidWorks preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and time management.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities; able to present to groups.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Regular on-site presence required.

Responsibilities

• Audit and monitor daily plant performance and deviations from parameters.
• Prepare reports and lead weekly meetings on performance and improvements.
• Manage facility Production Action Items and collaborate with regional teams.
• Optimize combustion and control systems for efficiency and compliance.
• Review and approve operational and process changes prior to implementation.
• Oversee lifecycle of engineering projects from design to commissioning.
