Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in an industrial plant environment, preferably within power generation or Thermomechanical Treatment.
• Strong hands-on experience with equipment design, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field commissioning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with AutoCAD, DCS, and SCADA systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of plant systems including boilers and turbines.
• Manage natural gas usage and ISO-NE power MW bidding; coordinate water reuse.
• Support predictive and preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis.
• Lead or assist in capital projects related to plant improvements and repairs.
• Ensure NERC compliance and adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare technical reports and update engineering documentation.
