Job summary
Sunberry Paw Paw Beverages Limited LLC is seeking a Plant Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations within our beverage production facility. This hands-on role requires regular interaction with production equipment, maintenance personnel, and plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.
The ideal candidate will have strong PLC programming skills and experience in a food/beverage environment, plus a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years in related
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years in engineering, maintenance, automation or related industry.
- Experience in food, beverage or consumer packaged goods manufacturing preferred.
- Strong PLC programming, troubleshooting and automation skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC-controlled systems.
- Lead preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure GMP, SQF, food safety and environmental compliance.
