Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of work experience.
• 0–2 years of construction materials processing experience.
• General knowledge of materials business and plant operations.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Determine production quantities and communicate cost to produce to management.
• Prepare, implement and test SWPPP’s and hazardous materials plans for regulatory compliance.
• Perform operational improvement studies and recommend process changes for efficiency.
• Conduct safety audits and meetings to maintain a safe work environment.
• Plan maintenance and repairs of processing equipment; manage spare parts inventory.
• Perform semi-annual inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Support plant manager, foreman and superintendents to ensure operation success.
