Job summary

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of construction materials experience, with strong knowledge of plant systems and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or other related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction materials field experience.
• Strong understanding of plant operations and mechanical requirements.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the quarry manager in annual operating budgets and cost control.
• Analyze capital projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and analyze efficiency reports to minimize downtime.
• Mine planning, safety meetings, and oversight of production quality.
