Noble produces silver-based advanced material technologies designed for mission-critical applications in the performance apparel, healthcare, industrial, and emerging wearable tech markets.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Plant Engineer to provide technical support for a chemical process facility that applies silver to soft surfaces. The role involves evaluating plant performance, initiating corrective actions, supporting maintenance, and prioritizing safety, efficiency, and cost reduction through continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Manufacturing Engineering Support: Collaborate with the team to optimize production, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support environmental, health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
2. Capital Projects: Plan, design, and manage projects, develop scopes, budgets, and timelines, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
3. Plant Facilities Management: Troubleshoot utility issues, ensure compliance with codes and standards, support wastewater processes, and maintain documentation.
4. Emergency Support: Be available for after-hours repairs as needed.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with engineers, operators, managers, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with ISO 9001 2015 standards.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and bending.
• Occasional sitting and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work involves exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and noise.
• Use of protective equipment required as necessary.
