Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, engineering) for continuous improvement.
2. Lead equipment failure investigations using root cause analysis and other techniques.
3. Analyze and report on reliability data, recommending improvements to enhance equipment and process reliability.
4. Guide mechanical maintenance personnel in equipment repair, maintenance, and installation to support continuous plant operations.
5. Support continuous improvement and cost reduction through site Strategic Partnerships.
6. Design and modify asset care/maintenance strategies using risk-based methods (RCM, FMEA).
7. Optimize spare parts development and work with specialized equipment to solve problems.
8. Track and develop maintenance department KPIs.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering
2. At least five (5) years of experience as a Maintenance/Reliability Engineer
3. Nice to haves: Experience in Process Safety Management and Chemical Plants; Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP); Vibration Analysis and Machinery Lubrication certifications; Experience in Precision Maintenance
