We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Department Manager to lead our manufacturing facility’s maintenance operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong engineering background and a proven track record in equipment reliability and failure analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing maintenance department.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Manage maintenance budgets, schedules, and team performance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience leading a maintenance department within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in failure analysis, including identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
